– MASK-MATIC works with any masks.
The dispenser, or mask automat that we developed is almost too simple. It just works. You can take any size or model of disposable masks and simply stretch them on to the feeder hooks. Then use.
– Can I place it on a wall?
Yes, yes and yes. Your MASK-MATIC can be placed on a wall or a stand. With the stand it becomes more mobile and easier to use. We think it also looks better like that. So, yes – your automat can be attached anywhere.
“Is the automat hygenic enough, with masks out of the cardboard box?”
The answer…
A cardboard box with masks is not steril anyway. Once it is opened, the masks are exposed. Would you rather have a MASK-MATIC dispenser, that you can disinfect, or have a box that all hands have touched?
– Can anyone mount a MASK-MATIC?
Attach to a stand or to a wall. The mask dispenser automat is held in place by two screws. If you can turn a screw clockwise, you are able to mount your MASK-MATIC where it serves you the best. It is very easy.
– How to operate it?
Lift of the outer shell, grab the disposable masks by the bungees and just stretch them into place. You can feed 25-100 pcs of masks at a tim and also “top up” when you notice that the masks are in demand.
– How does it work then?
The holders of the masks are sloped towards the front. when a mask is removed it feeds the rest towards the dispenser opening. Grab the mask by the front of the filter – pull down to release the lower bungee and lift out.
“But we have a lot of masks to distribute – is it strong enough?”
The answer…
MASK-MATIC is made from 4mm thick PET plastic (that is really thick). You can disinfect it with ethanol. PET does not crack and splinter like acrylic glass. There are no moving parts. It’s tough!
– Who uses the MASK-MATIC?
It has bee tested and distributed to small hairdrassing saloons, schools, big multinationals, shops and hospitals – so everyone really. Usually the comment we get from users is that; “We should have had this one always”.
– Is the stand strong enough?
Yes. The stand is made from anodized aluminum 40×40 mm profile. The foot is galvanised 3 mm steel, so it is also quite weather proof. You can also attach a second MASK-MATIC to the stand. It is rigid!
– Can you ship it to me?
We ship all over Europe. One or by the pallet.
